In a case of comsmically good timing, the upcoming Kaiju Big Battel: The TV Pilot happens to fall on the same night that season 3 of The Neo Teppen Show debuts. Teppen has taken some time out from his promotional tour of late-night talk shows, mid-morning gab fests, and late night adult roundtables, to investigate SDS-1's time-capades. Accompanying Teppen into the outer reaches of space will be his brand new supersonic space cycle. Equipped with the latest in action vehicle technology including ultrasonic rocket boosters, anti-gravity ion cannons, and two Big-Gulp sized cup holders, the supersonic space cycle is the cutting edge in Hero transportation.

First Battel Announced!

Last week we reported that Steam Powered Tentacle Boulder (SPTB) had been declared the new protector of Colorado, after incoming Governor Bob Ritter requested special protection from unnamed culinary countries frozen out of his inauguration buffet. Today the source of the Gov's anxiety has been revealed. At a luncheon news conference Wednesday afternoon, a panel of Paris' finest chefs announced over crepes that they were personally offended by Ritter's snub. The chefs went on to announce that they would be sending E.U. breakfast Hero French Toast to deliver a special message to the people of Colorado.

In hopes of diffusing this international incident the Kaiju Commissioner has announced that the raspberry-bereted French Toast and the rockin' SPTB will meet in the opening match at Kaiju Big Battel: The TV Pilot. Jump Squad Ready for Their Closeup

Most every Kaiju out there is excited about the chance to appear in a TV Pilot for G4 TV, but none as much as the Yokusuka Jump Squadron. The dance-fueled, multimedia-loving showmen are ready to wow the world with their unique brand of Kaiju entertainment. Jump Squad leader Super Wrong is prepared to lead his team to TV stardom... if only his team was more than a team of two! Due to SDS-1's time-wiping of Shpadoinkel Mania XVIII, Hero Dusto Bunny has been freed from his obligations to the Jump Squadron, and the Squad is down to two members - Super Wrong himself and the Inanimate Pink Teddy Bear.

Super Wrong appeared undaunted however when asked for comment: "Feel the Squad, America - it's TV time! Ladies turn on your Tivos and tape this one for those lonely nights! Guys, take some notes and learn to groove like the Jump Squad! YJS to the max, for life, on the real!"

Dear Donnie,

Thank you for your concern about Kung-Fu Chicken Noodle. At this very moment my top negotiation team (Jimmy Carter, Theo Epstein, and Samuel L. Jackson) are busy working out a compromise to bring Soup back to Boston for the Big Battel. We have agreed to pay a 51 million dollar posting to fee to the Greater Tokyo Dance-Dance Revolution Regional Semi-final Tournament, just for the right to negotiate Soup's exit from his previous DDR commitment. I feel confident that the killer Can's return to the US will be secured shortly.

As for your second question, I'm sorry to report that your Shpadoinkel Mania XVIII ticket stub will not get you into Kaiju Big Battel: The TV Pilot. While the entire Avalon has been engulfed in SDS-1's time-slip, the Avalon management has invested in a short-range anti-time-slip field generator to protect a 9' radius around the entrance to the club, rendering any old SMXVIII tickets invalid.

The good news is that there are still tickets available from ticketmaster.com and at all Ticketmaster locations.
